Chicago-based Studio Gang Architects is one of the most progressive and notable contemporary architecture firms in the U.S. We developed an identity program for the practice that would reflect the studio’s experimental approach to materials and forms. The identity, refined in 2014 after consistent use for thirteen years, builds on the firm’s exploration of everyday materials in unexpected ways. The identity program — developed in collaboration with architect Jeanne Gang — includes institutional identity and print materials.
